Legal Assistant - Securities

We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to support a busy Partner in its Securities law group. (1:1)
The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years experience as a Legal Assistant as well as a related Community College Diploma or equivalent.
The hours for this position is 10 - 6 pm and requires someone with exceptional secretarial, organizational and technical skills and who thrives on being a go-to person for any systems/procedures to keep things running smoothly. The successful candidate will also have solid experience in calendar management, communicating with clients and managing a high volume of files. The incumbent will also possess a mature, professional attitude and be able to meet strict deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal skills, strong dicta skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential.
