Overview
Dan Rabinowitz is one of Miller Thomson’s leading insurance litigation and sports law partners.
Dan represents insurers and self-insured entities with respect to general liability, product liability, professional negligence, and motor vehicle claims. He also specializes in municipal law. Throughout his career, he has defended road liability and general liability claims for a number of municipalities as well as the province of Ontario.
In his sports practice, Dan represents a number of National Hockey League teams at salary arbitration hearings. He also advises teams on the implications of the collective agreement and provides strategic advice for use in contract negotiations.
