Profile
Gregory Smith's practice is focused on securities and corporate matters. Greg advises clients on a wide range of securities corporate finance issues, including public and private financing, acquisitions, reorganizations and initial public offerings. His practice is split between acting for public companies or companies in the process of going public and advising brokerage firm clients with respect to sponsorship and due diligence reviews.
He strives to provide clients with practical advice and responsive service by maintaining a thorough understanding of securities regulation in general, as well as each client’s particular business objectives.
Outside of the office, Greg is keenly interested in rugby, and is an avid squash player.
