Team Heading

Jason Rivait has extensive experience in condominium law in Ontario and is well-acquainted with the variety of issues that condominium corporations face. He is known for his affable demeanour and endeavours to provide clients’ with practical and timely advice. Jason is actively involved in the condominium industry. He advises the Ontario Government on Condominium Act amendments and has taught condominium law courses for the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.

Jason has presented at various condominium conferences. His publications in prominent magazines and newspapers further highlight his experience and knowledge in the field. Jason’s commitment to education extends to service as a roster teacher at Humber College.

In addition to being a dedicated legal professional, Jason is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association. He is also actively engaged with the Canadian Condominium Institute, and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.
