Ms. Avison has a broadly based commercial real estate practice with extensive experience in the areas of acquisition, disposition, financing and land development across several sectors including commercial, industrial, retail and multi-residential.
She represents lending institutions advising them on commercial loans and real estate based secured transactions.
She acts for a number of School Boards advising on a wide range of matters including construction of schools, disposition of school sites, school closures, and the development of multi-use facilities.
Ms. Avison has also acted on behalf of numerous private and public companies, institutional and government agencies on a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisition, disposition, financing development, leasing and regulatory matters.
Ms. Avison has developed many long term client relationships based on trust and consistent, exceptional performance. She is a strategic business partner that clients rely upon to help them reach their goals.
