Steve Robertson, a seasoned commercial litigator and trial lawyer, is dedicated to guiding clients through legal and business conflicts with practicality. Focusing on business disputes, competition law, fraud recovery, anti-corruption counsel, and professional regulation and discipline across various sectors, Steve places an emphasis on strategy in commercial litigation, efficient asset recovery from fraud, and proactive responses to competition and foreign corruption issues. Steve’s contributions as an author/editor of the “Alberta Civil Practice Manual” and his role as a guest lecturer and facilitator in various educational institutions underscore his passion for legal education and advocacy. He has also served as president of the Sir Winston Churchill Society of Calgary, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of wartime leader’s memory through the sponsorship of high school and university debates.
