The MT Education Law Group thought that, since this is our last newsletter before the new school year, we would summarize some of the most important legal cases for school boards this year, and there have been quite a few.  The following are our picks for the 2012-2013 school year.

We look forward to having you follow our Newsletter next year.  We invite you to participate in our Webinar Series as well.  Both our Newsletter and our Webinars will begin again in September.

Our Webinar in September will deal with student discipline – expulsion infractions, and our second Webinar in October will deal with student discipline – expulsion proceedings.
