Construction projects can be like a journey — the destination is only part of your travels. Often, one realizes there are several other ways to get to a destination. If the project execution strategy is not carefully analyzed first, the owner may (eventually) arrive in the right place, but the journey may be longer, inconvenient and more expensive. Our Project Execution Group can help ease that journey.

Our Services

We believe it is our role to engage with owners and examine various project structures, including design/build, stipulated sum, construction management and even public private partnerships. Our goal is to discuss with our clients the consequences that come with a choice of execution strategy and to work with our clients to select the best execution strategy so that the “journey” towards project completion is a successful one.
