Biographie
( Disponible en anglais seulement )Paul Ryzuk is a Litigation Lawyer, and Partner in the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson. His practice focuses on construction and professional liability matters on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Paul has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, and has also appeared before the Federal Court of Canada. He has assisted clients with construction related matters in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the Northwest Territories.
Paul has also appeared before the National Energy Board, and has assisted numerous clients with matters under consideration before the Alberta Surface Rights Board and the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board. In addition, Paul is a registered Trade-mark Agent in Canada, and has experience in prosecuting trade-mark applications and defending trade-marks against allegations of infringement.
Prior to beginning his career in law, Paul worked as a geotechnical engineer in Victoria, B.C. on a variety of residential and commercial developments throughout Vancouver Island.
