( Disponible en anglais seulement )Stephen Cameron is a corporate and commercial tax lawyer and Partner in Miller Thomson's Waterloo Office. He provides many non-profit and charitable clients with advice in all aspects of non-profit law including governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
He has been retained regularly in transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses, incorporations, estates and complex family succession planning. He provides corporate clients with a variety of advice in business and tax law, including the resolution of tax matters in court.
Stephen has represented financial institutions with respect to financing and secured loan transactions. He has been involved in purchase, sale and multifaceted land development transactions.
Stephen obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation and brings this specialized knowledge and skill to all aspects of his practice.Formation
