§ Capital Kit – Shareholders agreements, investing shareholder subscriptions and related loan documentation
§ Information Protection Kit – Non-disclosure agreement and proprietary rights/IP agreement
§ Human Resources Kit – Employment and consulting agreements
§ Intellectual Property Kit – Intellectual property audit, trade-mark and patent searches, opinions and applications
§ Lawyer On-Call Kit – Three hours per month of telephone, e-mail or face-to-face advice on any legal issue, including financing, contract interpretation, information technology and licensing issues, privacy and e-commerce related issues.
