Bryan excels in corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business, shareholder, director, construction, and real property disputes. He also practices in insolvency and restructuring, and has successfully obtained court approval for various arrangement and restructuring transactions. Bryan also has experience assisting clients before the B.C. Securities Commission. Bryan is practical and focused on achieving positive outcomes for his business clients, whether through hard fought litigation or a strategically negotiated resolution.

Bryan is President of a Strata Corporation, former Director of Vancouver Curling Club, and former Director of Artificial Reef Society of British Columbia. He brings a wealth of academic and professional knowledge to his legal practice. Bryan has presented on a range of legal topics at both client seminars and within the legal profession.

Bryan is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association. He has been recognized in well-respected industry directories.
