Team Heading

Roxane Nadeau is a lawyer in the administrative law team at Miller Thomson’s Montréal office. Her practice focuses on municipal law, environmental law, and energy law.  She handles a range of matters, including urban planning, expropriation, municipal taxation, neighbourhood disturbances, and agricultural land protection. Having started her career in the legal department of a major municipality, Roxane brings a unique perspective to public law, covering areas such as contracts with public entities and access to information.

Roxane serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Property Tax Association—Quebec Section—and is an active member of the Young Bar Association of Montréal. She is deeply involved in the evolution of legal practice in her areas of specialization, contributing to the growth of her professional community.

Roxane has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020 and holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. She frequently advises clients on environmental issues, including permits, protection of natural habitats, soil remediation, nuisance control, and waste management. Her expertise also extends to the energy sector, with a particular focus on regulation and the energy transition. With a diverse practice in both advisory and litigation roles for public and private sectors clients Roxane offers a comprehensive approach tailored to each client’s needs.
