Patrick Corney is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency group at Miller Thomson. He maintains a domestic and cross-border financial restructuring and insolvency practice, as well as an active commercial disputes practice. Pat has worked on some of the largest and most complex restructurings in Canada and related litigation. Pat has worked with clients from diverse industries, including steel, technology, retail, cannabis, and energy.

Pat has been published in the Journal of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Review, and the Commercial Insolvency Reporter.

Pat has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada (Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law), and is the Vice-Chair of The Advocates’ Society Insolvency Litigation Practice Group.
