Despite being early in his career, Jeremy has extensive litigation experience, including in the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court, the Toronto Commercial List, Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and various Tribunals. He has handled all stages of litigation, from motions and examinations to trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Jeremy handles disputes in a wide variety of practice areas, including construction law, real estate disputes, securities litigation, bankruptcy, shareholder claims, nuisance claims, insurance, and other general commercial matters.
