    Raffaella is building a broad tax law practice including corporate tax and tax dispute resolution matters. Building on her background in business, she is dedicated to delivering efficient and practical legal services tailored to clients’ needs.

    A frequent writer on tax and wealth management issues, including pieces on cryptocurrency taxation strategies, Raffaella has demonstrated her deep knowledge in the field.

    A proud member of the Law Society of Ontario, Raffaella graduated from the JD/MBA program at Queen’s University Faculty of Law and the Smith School of Business. Before rejoining Miller Thomson as an associate, Raffaella completed her summer and articling terms at the firm.
