Maxime Rhéaume specializes in private financing, working mainly with financial institutions on various loan agreements related to real estate acquisition, construction and long-term refinancing. His expertise extends to the drafting of loan and surety agreements in addition to other financing models. Maxime also contributes to the legal community as a lecturer at the Université de Montréal and is actively involved in the university’s community initiatives.
