On October 21, 2024, ESE Entertainment Inc. (“ESE”), a global esports and gaming company, acquired Bombee Global Entertainment Inc. (“Bombee Americas”), the North American arm of the global production company, Bombee Event Production AB.
Bombee Americas is a provider of live production, special effects, broadcast and event management services in the esports sector. ESE’s acquisition of Bombee Americas marks its continued expansion into North America, paving the way for growth and innovation in the gaming industry and positioning the companies to deliver greater value to their partners and elevating the gaming experience for global clients.
