On October 8, 2021, Appnovation Technologies Inc. (“Appnovation”) received a follow-on investment from Canadian Business Growth Fund (“CBGF”), Business Growth Fund (“BGF”) and Export Development Canada (“EDC”). The transaction follows an initial investment in Appnovation by CBGF and BGF in July 2019, and subsequent follow-on financing in September 2020 by CBGF, BGF and EDC. Appnovation will use the proceeds from this follow-on investment to continue scaling its team and executing on its growth strategy.
