On July 18, 2022, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG), a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, announced the acquisition of Four Corners Group Inc. (“Four Corners Group”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007, Four Corners Group is a leading Canadian executive search firm operating throughout Canada and the United States.
Miller Thomson advised the shareholders of Four Corners Group with a team led by Max Spearn (Corporate/M&A), and comprised of Jaclyne Reive and Ellen Kim (Corporate/M&A); Michelle MacGillivray (Employment) and Karen Durell (IP).
