Atar Capital and Microcel Corporation in connection with the sale of substantially all of the assets of Microcel Corporation to TDL Canada Inc.

On July 17, 2024, Atar Capital, a Los Angeles-based global private investment firm, completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of Microcel Corporation, a leader in the distribution of global technology and innovation brands across Canada, to TDL Canada Inc., a leading Canadian distributor specializing in technology, telecommunications and consumer goods.
