On March 20 2024, Avant Imaging and Integrated Media ULC) (“AIIM”) completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Cover-All Computer Services Corp (“Cover-All”). Through this acquisition, AIIM also indirectly acquired Cover-All’s subsidiary, Informco Inc.

The strength of the business is the ability to manage and protect customer data, using it to create relevant messages and delivering it with a high degree of accuracy
