On September 26th, 2022, Charter Industries, LLC (“Charter Industries”) completed its acquisition of Teknaform Inc. (“Tenkaform”), a Canadian converter of PVC edgebanding products based in Bolton, Ontario.
Charter Industries is an American distributor of edgebanding, veneer and related products.
