Counsel to Harbour Group in connection with the US$395 million sale of Marshall Excelsior Company to Dover Corp.

On July 22, 2024, Harbour Group, a St. Louis-based privately owned multinational private equity firm, completed the sale of Marshall Excelsior Company, a leading provider of mission-critical cryogenic and flow control components, to Dover Corp., a publicly listed diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider, for an amount equal to US$395 million.
