On October 2, 2020, Deloitte Canada (“Deloitte”) completed its spin-out of Arteria AI, formerly known as dTrax, as a separate business. Arteria AI is a data-driven, artificial intelligence company specializing in contract lifecycle management. Deloitte will continue to retain a minority ownership in the company.
Deloitte provides audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services to public and private clients spanning multiple industries.
Miller Thomson advised Deloitte on the transaction with a team comprised of Max Spearn and Luigi Valente (Corporate/M&A; Technology), as well as Karen Durell (Intellectual Property).
