On December 1, 2021, Proaction International (“Proaction”), a Quebec-based technology and consulting services firm, announced the completion of an investment by Desjardins Capital (“Desjardins”) and Siparex Group (“Siparex”) through the Transatlantic Fund. Pursuant to the investment, Desjardins and Siparex will become minority shareholders of Proaction.
A subsidiary of Desjardins Group, Desjardins Capital is a fund manager that offers strategic and financial support to growing businesses and innovative start-ups in Quebec.
Siparex is a French private equity firm covering the French, Italian, German, and Belgian market, as well as Canadian through a transatlantic co-investment fund in partnership with Desjardins.
