On March 10, 2020, Direct Impact Solutions acquired the assets of CoreSolutions in a transaction for which the amount was not disclosed. This transaction will enable Direct Impact Solutions to reaffirm its leadership position for the FileMaker (Claris International) and Web applications.

Based in London, Ontario, CoreSolutions focuses its operations on software development (Web, mobile and FileMaker) and customized databases throughout North America.
