On March 5, 2022, Distribution Stox Inc. (“Distribution Stox”) completed its acquisition of the wholesale distribution of Service de Pneus Lavoie Outaouais (“Pneus Lavoie”), a Quebec-based retailer of automotive tires. The transaction will grow Distribution Stox’s network by 4 new warehouses, for a combined total of 21 warehouses with more than 1.5 million square feet of storage area, in addition to expanding its presence in Ontario, Québec and the Atlantic provinces.
Located in Boucherville, QC, Distribution Stox is a distributor of automotive tires and accessories.
