On August 6, 2021, Environmental 360 Solutions (“E360S”) announced its acquisition of Chem-Ecol Ltd., based in Cobourg, Ontario. Chem-Ecol is a manufacturer and specialty blender of new and reclaimed industrial oils and lubricants, and is one of the leading oil reclamation companies in Canada.
Chem-Ecol represents E360S’ twenty first acquisition since inception and demonstrates E360S’ continued goal of becoming Canada’s most trusted national full-service environmental management company.
E360S is a Canadian environmental and waste management solutions provider to municipalities and industrial commercial and institutional customers.
