On March 2, 2021, Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (“E360S”) announced its acquisition of Centreline Sanitation (“Centreline”), one of Southern Ontario’s largest providers of single, double, and larger mobile washroom unit, and sanitation and septic services based in London, Ontario. The acquisition of Centreline will provide E360S with a sizeable customer base and geographic footprint across Southern Ontario and allow E360S to offer existing and new customers a holistic suite of environmental services.
The acquisition shortly follows an earlier transaction announced on January 29, 2021, in which E360S acquired Anachem Ltd. (“Anachem”), a family-owned waste management provider for solvents, paint sludge’s, emulsions and contaminated water, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.
E360S is an environmental management company providing solutions to municipalities and industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
