On January 17, 2023, Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (“E360S”) announced that it has acquired Capital Paper Recycling Ltd., a company that is the largest paper recycler in Western Canada and assists its municipal, commercial, industrial, and waste management customers in meeting their diversion and sustainability goals.
E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and industrial commercial and institutional customers.
