On February 3 2023, Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (“E360S”) announced that it has acquired Local Waste Services Corp., a solid and liquid waste collection company that provides its services to multiple areas within Alberta as well as Saskatchewan.
E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and industrial commercial and institutional customers.
