On November 19, 2021, Fengate Private Equity (“Fengate PE”) announced the completion of a strategic minority equity investment in the Grace Clinics Corp. (“GraceMed”), a Canadian network of plastic and cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and medical aesthetics clinics with top-ranked locations across Ontario. Fengate PE’s investment in GraceMed was made on behalf of the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada.
