On September 18, 2020, Frulact Canada, Inc. (“Frulact”), a subsidiary of Frulact – Ingredientes para a Indústria de Laticínios, Lda., a global ingredients supplier focused on fruit preparations, plant based and other specialty ingredients for food and beverages closed its purchase of certain assets related to the production of the yogurt fruit preparations product line from Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE:SXT), a global manufacturer and marketer of colours, flavours and other specialty ingredients.
