Edmonton-based family business Generation 2 Holdings Ltd., an associated company of Universe Machine Corporation, acquired the business, building and land of Hi-Hog Farm & Ranch Equipment Ltd.

Hi-Hog is an agricultural equipment and product manufacturer based in Calgary, AB.
