On May 9, 2022, JACQUET Metals Canada Inc. (“JACQUET Metals Canada”) completed the acquisition of Fidelity PAC Metals Ltd., a steel distributor located in Milton, Ontario.
JACQUET Metals Canada is the Canadian subsidiary of JACQUET METALS (ENXTPA:JCQ), one of the largest European distributors of specialty steels.
