On June 7, 2023, Midwich Group PLC (Midwich) announced that it had agreed the purchase of S.F. Marketing Inc. (SFM), a specialist in value-add audio video distributor in Canada for an enterprise value of up to C$44.3 million.
Midwich is a global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market with operations across the UK and Ireland, Continental Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.
