On August 31, 2024, Osprey Technology Solutions (“Osprey”), a leading IT solutions and services provider, acquired Lanworks Inc. (“Lanworks”).
Lanworks is a network infrastructure and managed IT services provider, providing 38 years of specialized expertise in the industry. Osprey’s acquisition of Lanworks marks a significant expansion in Osprey’s service offerings and market prominence.
