On November 3, 2023, Petwin Bancorp Inc. (“Petwin”) announced that they have acquired AGM Glass Fabricators, the largest glass fabricator in Manitoba and supplies residential and commercial glass products, including annealed sealed units, tempered sealed units, custom tempered glass and other glass services across Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
This acquisition would be the first platform company added to Petwin’s private equity portfolio.
Petwin is the investment arm of family-owned Petwin Bancorp Inc., a diversified investment company with operations in Calgary, Edmonton, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Hawaii.
