Pluribus Technologies closes $10 million private placement

On July 15, 2021, Pluribus Technologies Inc. (“Pluribus”) closed its private placement financing, raising gross proceeds for $10 million. The transaction marks the second private placement completed by Pluribus in 2021.

Pluribus is a technology company that acquires small, profitable business to business software companies at reasonable prices in a range of verticals and industries.

Miller Thomson advised Pluribus on the transaction with a team comprised of Mack Hosseinian and Ian Polisuk (Corporate/Securities) as well as Sarah DeGenova and Safa Bajwa (Student).
