On May 27, 2021, Pluribus Technologies Inc. (“Pluribus”) announced its acquisition of ICOM Productions Inc. (“ICOM”), a provider of tailor-made e-learning solutions that engage learners while driving business growth and improving performance based in Calgary, Alberta.
Pluribus specializes in acquiring software companies from owners and investors that are seeking a succession plan.
