On August 23, 2021, Pluribus Technologies Inc. (“Pluribus”) completed its acquisition of Pathways Training & eLearning Inc. (“Pathways”) in Toronto, ON. Pathways is an eLearning company that designs and develops learning technologies, including live action video, eLearning, mLearning, gaming, animation and simulation along with traditional instructional design, corporate training and change management.
Pluribus specializes in acquiring software companies from owners and investors that are seeking a succession plan.
