On February 8, 2024, Kendalwood Montessori and Elementary School (“Kendalwood”) completed a share sale transaction and corresponding regulatory matters. Established in 1993, Kendalwood is Durham Region’s only accredited Montessori school in Whitby.
Under the deal, the purchasers acquired all of Kendalwood’s issued and outstanding securities. Miller Thomson advised Kendalwood with a team comprised of Mack Hosseinian, Andrew Gunpat (Corporate/M&A), Andrew Etcovitch (Tax) and Allison Choi (Student).
