On August 15, 2022, Scryb Inc. (CSE:SCYB; OTCQB:SCYRF; FSE:EIY) (“Scryb”) announced that it has entered into an amalgamation agreement with Pima Zinc Corp. (“Pima”), 2635212 Ontario Inc., a subsidiary of Pima, and Cybeats Technologies Inc. (“Cybeats”), a subsidiary of Scryb, pursuant to which Pima will acquire all of the shares Cybeats pursuant to a three-cornered amalgamation. The amalgamation was completed on November 11, 2022. Pima was later renamed Cybeats Technologies Corp. and began trading its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Monday, November 21, 2022, under the symbol “CYBT”.
