On April 8, 2021, Tasktop Technologies, Inc., a Vancouver-based SaaS start-up and provider of the leading Value Stream Management (VSM) platform, announced a strategic investment by Sumeru Equity Partners, for US$100 million. As a part of the transaction, existing Tasktop investors, including Yaletown Partners, a Canadian venture capital fund, and BMO Capital Partners will continue as significant shareholders.
