On June 1, 2021, Tigercat International Inc. (“Tigercat”) closed its sale of shares of SPL Controls Inc. (“SPL”), a manufacturer for the industrial gas turbine industry.
Based in Cambridge, Ontario, and with facilities throughout southwestern Ontario, Tigercat specializes in the design and manufacturing of forestry machinery.
Miller Thomson advised Tigercat on the transaction with a team comprised of Andrew Roth and Sarah Langille (Corporate/M&A), as well as David Reynolds and Geoffrey Marinangeli (Financial Services).
