On June 5, 2024, Tribe Property Technologies Inc. (TXSV: TRBE), a leading provider of technology-elevated property management solutions, completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tribe Management Inc., the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of DMSI Holdings Ltd., including its three operating subsidiaries, DMS Property Management Ltd., Del Management Solutions Inc. and Delcom Management Services Inc. The DMSI group of companies specializes in (1) multi-residential rental property management services, (2) government contracts and project management services and (3) commercial management services.
