On July 21, 2020, Vantage Data Centers (“Vantage”) completed a $1.2 billion investment from a consortium of investors led by Colony Capital (NYSE:CLYNY), a global investment management firm. The investment includes 12 stabilized North American data centers, which span more than 1.4 million gross square feet and 150MW of IT capacity across key strategic markets in Santa Clara, California; Quincy, Washington; Montreal and Quebec City, Canada.
Vantage is one of the leading providers of wholesale data center infrastructure to large enterprises and hyperscale cloud providers.
