On November 1, 2023, Velocity Truck Centers, a leading U.S and Australian commercial vehicle dealership, announced that the company has expanded into Canada with its acquisition of First Truck Centre.
First Truck Centre is a family of Western Canadian Heavy Truck and Specialty vehicle dealerships that represent the Daimler Trucks North America product line consisting of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks, Thomas Built Bus and Autocar brand vehicles.
