On September 10, 2020, Voyager Digital Ltd. (CSE:VYGR) (“Voyager”) announced the closing of its brokered private placement of special warrants at a price of $0.85 per special warrant, raising gross proceeds of $5,326,610. The financing was led by Stifel GMP, as sole bookrunner and on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Eight Capital.
